Coolant leak - turbo seals Golf Mk 6 1.4 TSI. I've had a slow coolant leak in a 2011 Golf 1.4 TSI petrol CAXA engine under extended DAS warranty. The dealer did a pressure test and said it was the turbo seals that were leaking They wanted £190 to fix it and VW refused to cover this under warranty. I'm pretty capable of doing repairs myself but Posted June 13, 2016 2. Audi A3 1.4 TSI125 – big turbo kit TD04. This turbo kit is crazy. Starting from 125hp, it boosts performance up to 300+ hp at the flywheel, which is almost 200% more power than stock. Big turbo kits on 1.4 TSI 125hp engines (CAX code) are usually very difficult. Because they push the stock ECU calibration and engine Increases air flow and improves efficiency and performance. Up to 15 BHP gain. Strong, tight carbon fibre weave. Easy installation. The R8 ignition coil kit by RTMG Performance offers the solution for the common ignition related issues found in the 1.4 TSI engines, such as misfiring, caused by the stock coil packs. With this ignition coil kit, you upgrade your ignition system with the R8/RS6 coil packs that are taller than the stock units and thus.
Description. We are proud to announce the release of our long-awaited BOSS kit for EA888 Gen3 vehicles. This is a complete bolt-on big turbo solution for Gen3 NON-MQB (CPLA/CPPA) engines. After a lengthy development and testing process, this kit is now ready to hit the market. The biggest challenge was to design a big turbo upgrade that works

So the maximum boost recorded by the OBD was 1,32 Bar@3375 RPM, which is 1,35 Kgf/cm² (or 1,35 kg of turbo as people like to talk ).Minimum was 0,72 Bar@6086 RPM (when I decided to change to next gear)

In the meantime, I'm interested in tips regarding power upgrades from other tuners for the 1.4 TSI 150 engine. Not interested in boy-racer sound or markedly reduced reliability, just some extra urge. Last edited: Sep 10, 2015 uv6P.
