I am willing to bet your model does not have Bluetooth. I do recommend that you pick up a USB Bluetooth adapter. You can finds them fairly cheap and in most electronics stores and online. From there, follow the instructions to pair your phone. See our guide to setting up Bluetooth on Windows 10 for more info. On Windows 11, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices. There, make sure the Bluetooth slider is set to On, then click Add device > Bluetooth to pair a new device with your PC.
Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your WIFI driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver. 3. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter. => Run. 4. Uninstall the currently installed Bluetooth driver then download and install the different version from the PC manufacturer's website.
